The 'caseid' variable is a unique identifier assigned to an individual respondent. In cases where there are child and adult responses for that household, the caseid is the same for each respondent in the household except for the last two digits, which identify either the adult (10) or the child (11). This is the convention used in the variable 'hhseq_n' that identifies adults and children (children are not included in the post-Harvey set).
