The Household number is a unique number used to identify an individual respondent. This variable was derived from the case ID for the CATI and Web cases and then numbers were applied sequentially for the mail cases, from the last CATI/Web case. In cases where there are child and adult responses, the household number is the same for each respondent in the household but the Household sequence (hhseq_n) value '11' distinguishes the child respondent from the adult respondent.
